Child Savers, Trauma Informed Care
June 9 @ 9:00-11:00 a.m.
We will explain how trauma influences brain development.
We will practice specific strategies to use when responding to children who have experienced trauma and describe the basic elements of trauma-informed resilience-focused environments.
We will define how trauma may impact us and identify ways of taking care of themselves.
We will define resilience and examine three models to build resilient communities.

Johnny’s Ambassadors is on a mission to educate teens, parents, and communities about the dangers of today’s high-THC marijuana and the effects it has on adolescent brain development, mental illness, and suicide. Prevention's focus is on youth marijuana awareness, prevention, and education. We share data-driven facts and clear messaging with teens and parents to reduce the likelihood that youth will use marijuana and stop progression to more problematic use. Our goals are to keep youth from using marijuana and increase their perception of harm in using.

June 25 @ 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This panel discussion will focus on Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, raising awareness and encouraging open conversations about male mental health. The panel will explore topics like societal pressures, the stigma surrounding seeking help, and strategies for improving well-being.
